Our brand-new Sensory Room is a purpose-built, calming space designed to support children's wellbeing, development and inclusion. It features specialist sensory equipment that encourages relaxation, exploration, communication and learning in a safe, nurturing environment.
Whether a child has additional needs or simply benefits from sensory experiences, the room provides a welcoming space where every child can thrive.

The Sensory Room is located at our Holybourne Nursery in Alton, Hampshire.

Our aim is to make this a valuable resource for both our nursery families and the wider community.

This incredible project has been made possible thanks to the generous support of Alton Town Council, who awarded £32,865 through the Neighbourhood Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Fund.

Yes. Alongside our nursery children, we will be opening bookings for local SEND groups, community organisations and families (details to be announced). Groups will be able to book and use the Sensory Room from January 2027.
