Our premium package

The Basic Statutory Framework is not enough

 

The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) in England sets the basic statutory framework for early childhood education (from birth to 5 years old) and is what government-funded childcare covers.

This alone is not enough to fully prepare children for school or life beyond.


That’s why First Friends goes beyond the minimum EYFS requirements.


We provide a Premium Package - which is what makes us the nursery of choice!

We host regular Earth Explorer sessions in all of our nurseries.

This is approach to education that makes use of the outdoor environment to learn.

We teach Makaton as part of our curriculum. It is a language program that combines speech with signs and symbols. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to communicate and connect, and Makaton is here to make that happen!
