Our Movement and Mindfulness programme engages our children in a variety of fun activities, that not only help them develop physically but also enhance their social and emotional skills.

Let's talk about the sessions...
- Each week, your child will participate in sessions tailored to their age group.
- Your child will get a Movement & Mindfulness T-shirt (toddlers and pre-schoolers) which they will change into before their session.
- It caters to children of all ages and stages, from babies to pre-schoolers and evolves alongside their development.
