Chloe
Currently studying Health and Social Care.

Provides lunch cover and supports all rooms each week.

She teaches Punjabi to school children in her spare time.

Rhiannon.
She is it at college studying Criminology, Law and English.

We have nurseries in Alton, Holybourne, Denmead, Basingstoke, Eastleigh and Barford St. Martin near Salisbury.

You will get paid for each hour you work, which can be helpful for you if you need to supplement your income.

You have the opportunity to learn new skills and gain experience in different areas of the industry, which can be valuable for your career growth.

The FlexForce team will also have the opportunity to apply for other roles within the First Friends team, subject to openings and suitability. FlexForce could provide opportunities for superb career advancement.

How does FlexForce work?

You will join a team of like-minded people all wanting to work flexibly. Each week, you will let us know your availability for the week or month ahead.

Our nurseries are open from 7am-7pm, Monday-Friday, so you will just need to let us know what days and times you are available.

If one of our team members calls in poorly or we know in advance they will be off work for annual leave or training, then we will invite you to cover their shift or part of their shift.

You will be given a uniform, training and will be joining a great team.

We have two types of roles available, one for qualified nursery practitioners and one for non-qualified. You can download the job descriptions for both roles below.

On application, you will be invited to a job interview and you will be required to have a DBS check prior to starting with us.
