Settling In Sessions are offered subject to availability, a signed Parent Contract, a Direct Debit instruction for monthly fees being established, and the deposit/registration fee being paid.

Sessions are deemed to be half days, which may differ in total time between settings. Settling In Sessions will be in addition to the purchased sessions and will be offered from time to time with notice within four weeks of the contract commencing.

The number of free Settling In Sessions offered is a function of the full days being purchased in the first month as follows:

A parent is required to be present in the setting during the Settling In Sessions.

If the child receiving Settling In Sessions fails to start at the nursery after the settling in process has begun, this may result in loss of deposit and/or additional charges.

Voucher entitlement shall be calculated as follows:

Offer is available for the referral of new customers only, who have not previously visited a First Friends Ltd setting.

Recommender must indicate their choice of either Retail Vouchers that can be used in the issuing retailer’s stores, or First Friends Ltd vouchers that can be used to buy additional sessions. Vouchers will be provided to the recommender once the new customer has been with First Friends Ltd for three consecutive months, and all fees due for the period are paid in full by the new customer.

First Friends Ltd's standard terms & conditions apply to all new customers. New places are subject to availability.

Not open to employees or their relations. Any personal data collected in connection with this promotion will be processed in line with First Friends Ltd Privacy Policy.

Usage of the Retail Vouchers will be in accordance with the Terms & Conditions outlined on the voucher.

Vouchers will be sent to the recipient by recorded delivery, or handed over by the relevant setting manager.

Once the vouchers have been received, the recommender is wholly responsible for them and First Friends Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage which may arise subsequent to their receipt.
